Our client, a well-established display, signs and graphic solutions business in Bromsgrove, is seeking an Office Junior to join their team and the successful candidate will receive full support from the team as they learn the role.

Office Junior Duties and Responsibilities
– Ordering materials and ensuring they are delivered on time
–  Chasing up suppliers
– Keeping the database (File Maker) up to date with job descriptions, deadline dates and contact details
– Keeping job boards up to date
– Updating jobs list e-mail
– Getting times together when jobs complete for costings
– Chasing timesheets
– Answering the phones
– Diary management for appointments
– Offering refreshments to clients
– Checking incoming invoices against Purchase Orders
– Contacting suppliers for credit notes
– Petty cash
– Site preparation for site fitters – expenses, flights, parking, booking in drop offs
– Arranging national and international couriers
– Tracking deliveries and updating clients with POD’s
– Updating utility companies with meter readings every month
– Filing
– Typing of quotes / letters and sending post
– Keeping price list and File Maker up to date with price increases
– Neschen stock consignment
– Dealing with recycling / skip emptying / hazardous waste disposal
– Keeping record of all quotations and making sure all quotations go in to the live jobs when made up

Person Specification
– The Office Junior will be a team player with a desire to join a happy and busy team
– Organised and great attention to detail
– Willingness to learn

Working hours for this Office Junior role is Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
