We are working with an award winning company who are looking to expand their team with an enthusiastic, driven Sales Executive. Our client is one of the largest publishing companies in the UK, therefore training is outstanding!

Responsibilities:

  • Working with local companies to support them with creating marketing solutions
  • Researching potential new clients and generating new leads
  • Manage accounts, ensuring a strong relationship is built and maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Update CRM System
  • Perform outbound phone calls and take inbound calls, ensuring that an excellent customer experience is maintained

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working B2B
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a sales focused role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good time management skills
